Members are responsible for any and all of their own equipment/property. Jam time accepts no responsibility for loss or damage.
Jam Time provides public liability insurance. It is understood by members enrolling that they accept the insurance cover provided.
Sessions are paid for by a monthly subscription. No refunds can be given for missed sessions.
Missed sessions due to illness or absence are non-refundable.
Payments will be a rolling monthly subscription charged to your nominated payment method. If you wish to cancel your membership this must be done before the 15th of the month before via the membership login page of the website.
Jam Time membership is not transferable to another person and is non-refundable.
Jam Time reserves the right to change session locations, days and times at their discretion.
If a session is cancelled due to session leader illness/emergency we will give you as much notice as reasonably possible and offer a Jam Time session voucher for the session affected.
Taster sessions must be pre-booked and are limited to one per person across all venues and sessions.
10. The taster sessions are to be used only once for one session, at one location by each member. All places will be void if a member is caught using multiple email addresses or names to access more than one allocated taster session. All existing members using the free taster session to access more classes will not be welcome back to Jam Time and remaining money paid will be non-refundable.
Any discount codes are for member use only. Failure to respect this rule may lead to the cancellation of your membership. Any cancelled memberships or sessions due to code sharing will be non-refundable.
Any damage of Jam Time equipment caused by members will result in the subscription payment method being charged the current market rate for a replacement.
Any theft of Jam Time equipment by members will result in the subscription payment method being charged the current market rate for a replacement.
Small equipment that is used by members will be noted and signed out and signed back in on return. Members that don’t return items at the end of a session will be sent a follow up email asking for the equipment to be returned. If the equipment is not returned by the members next session a charge will be made to the subscription payment method on file for the current market rate of the equipment for a replacement.
Jam time will not tolerate any behaviour towards its members or staff that is threatening, aggressive or abusive. Any such behaviour will result in immediate termination of membership with no refund for any remaining paid for sessions.
Jam Time’s mission is to gather likeminded musicians together to play live as part of a group just for fun to allow everyone to get the most out of the time and effort they have put into learning an instrument.
